Casey Key Florida
What does Casey Key Florida have that other Florida Beaches do not? Casey Key boasts several miles of Florida’s most unspoiled and gorgeous white sand beaches.
Casey Key has two beautiful beaches; North Jetty Beach and Nokomis Beach.Nokomis is located just outside of Venice (Florida that is and not Italy).
Casey Key Floridais a beautiful barrier island at the Southern end of Sarasota County in Nokomis, Florida. Barrier Islands abound in the coastal areas around Florida.
Often, there are roads from the mainland to barrier islands but occasionally, you will need a boat or a boat service to get you to and fro.
In what ever manner you get transported to a barrier island, you will be glad you did because they are less populated than beaches that are easier to get to and therefore, a lot more populated.
If you are into shelling, (and who can resist) you will find unique shells and driftwood on barrier islands.
If de-stressing is on your menu, head for a Florida beach, maybe even this gorgeous barrier island.
The exclusive Island of Casey Key Floridais home to some of Florida's most extravagant residences and it’s also home to the popular Nokomis Public beach.
On the east side of the island is the Intra-coastal waterway, which is just a few minutes away from the Venice inlet and the Gulf of Mexico. If you get a chance to take a tour in the Intra-coastal waterway, grab it. You will see fabulous residences with big yachts parked next to them.
Come early and catch your own dinner. Bait and fishing gear are available at the North Jetty Fish Camp on the north bank of the Venice Inlet on the South end of the island.
If you brought the boat, you can investigate the Intra-coastal waterway to your heart's content. Take pix of some of these gorgeous homes on this prime real estate and send to us.
This is a great place to laze away the days. You will come back often.
