Juno is a sanctuary and safe harbor for Loggerhead turtles. This is a must visit to learn how these dedicated professionals protect and rehabilitate these huge gorgeous and ancient creatures. Enjoy but don't touch.
Treat #2 - The Juno Dog Beach!
Juno has a big bonus beach for dog lovers. So bring your favorite furry pals and play in the sand and water to yours and their hearts' content. Although if they are like out labs, they hold out much longer than we do.
Treat #3 - Fabulous weather all the time!
The weather is warm here in Juno all year so any time is a good time to visit. The people are as nice as the weather so what is keeping you? Come on down!
This pretty beach consists of coarse, dark sand and warm blue-green water with the beautiful Florida skyline as a backdrop to a picture-perfect hideaway. Come to Juno Beach Florida to find solitude if you so desire. The beach is so large that it’s rarely heavily populated so you’ll always find a place that feels private. You and the family can feel like you have an entire beach to yourselves here.
Great activities to try and nearby attractions: - A popular sea turtle sanctuary, Loggerhead Marinelife Center of Juno Beach offers information on preserving this incredible sanctuary to so many magnificent creatures, including the turtles that find safe harbor here. Admission is free!
Check out nearby Carlin Park for saltwater fishing, baseball and other athletic fields, tennis courts, play areas and hiking trails. This is a popular place for families to come for a day of leisurely family entertainment. Visit the Juno Dog Beach portion of the beach with your dog so that they can run and play on the beach too. I think they can run free of leases but always check first. Rules change.
Kids of most ages: Only 15 minutes outside of Juno, you’ll find the Playmobil Fun Park in Palm Beach Gardens, which consists of a castle replica filled with fantasy-themed fun for the your little ones.
Eating: Enjoy a seaside breakfast or lunch while you sit outside at the Hurricane Café. For great seafood and steak, check out Ke’e Grill.
Sleeping: Only a ten-minute walk to the beach, stay in Hampton Inn Jupiter/ Juno Beach or enjoy ocean views from the Holiday Inn Express North Palm Beach.
