Pass-a-Grille

This favorite beach is located at the southern end of close-by St. Pete Beach and is one of the oldest communities on the Gulf coast.

The beach is wider here than the rest of St. Pete’s with lots of beach access so come on down and experience the rolling white sand and sparkling blue water (without feeling like you have to share the beach with your neighbors).

The water is warm and the cozy atmosphere is inviting.

• Don’t miss the Gulf Beaches Historical Museum where you can learn about island lore and see a great collection of artifacts from the area throughout the ages.

• Sand Key Park is not too far away, so make a day of picnicking and exploring wildlife.

• Check out a cheap movie or independent film at St. Pete Beach Theatre after a long day of beach bumming!

Kids of most ages: Grab desert at Larry’s Old Fashioned Ice Cream Parlor where the kids will enjoy (and probably not be able to make up their minds!) lots of unique ice cream flavors.

Eating: The food is much more appealing than the name- at Sea Hag’s Bar and Grill you’ll feel like family and enjoy some old-fashioned bar food.

Sea Critters Café will leave you craving more and coming back often.

Sleeping: Gulf Tides Inn offers a comfortable stay at a price you can afford, or you can stay in a more extravagant hotel like Don CeSar Beach Resort.
